Get Ready To:

Recalculate fuel surcharges, check the numbers for errors, flag any issues, and suggest fixes. Keep the agreed fuel surcharge tables updated.
Check that KKS import files match requests/tenders in SAP
Work with Sales and Trade Marketing to fix errors and inconsistencies.
Help and advise colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care on how the KKS system works.
Format KKS import files so they work with SAP.
Upload and edit KKS files in SAP (organize entries, set cargo types).
Handle JIRA requests.

What we're looking for

A degree (higher education preferred).
Strong logical and analytical thinking.
Able to process and organize large amounts of information.
Careful, detail-oriented work style.
Good Excel skills.
Open to feedback and always looking to improve.
Bonus: experience with large-scale data and differents SAP models.

Let’s Talk Business:

A gross salary range from 1500 Eur/month to 2500 Eur/month.
An ability to work in our amazing offices in different locations across Europe – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai, Panevezys, Riga, Hamburg, Essen, Paderborn, Cologne, Regensburg, Garching, Munich, Jena, Kyiv, Lviv.
